Talent drives development -Houng Fuh group held the launching ceremony of practical TQM human resource management project

In order to improve the internal human management level, strengthen the construction of the human resource team, establish a scientific human resource management system and improve the soft power of Houng Fuh, Houng Fuh group invites Mr. Lin, a lecturer of the professional training team, to conduct a one-year training for Houng Fuhs’ executives and managers. The training work is carried out in stages, once a month. On May 22, Houng Fuh Group held the launching ceremony of practical TQM human resource management project.

The participants of the launching ceremony mainly are Mr. Lin, a senior consultant lecturer, Mr. Liu Chenghan, chairman of Houng Fuh, Mr. Wang Luquan, general manager, and management personnel of subsidiaries and departments.

The training adopts a combination of online and offline methods to ensure that company's managers can participate in the training. During the training, Mr. Lin showed us the core elements of modern enterprise human resource management in a vivid way.

During the training, Mr. Liu Chenghan, chairman of Houng Fuh group, launched a mobilization speech. He said that the effective management of human resources has an important impact on the long-term development of enterprises. Enterprise leaders must arm themselves with scientific management theory knowledge in order to manage employees effectively. Using talents in scientific and reasonable way, plays a positive role in promoting the development of enterprises. The chairman encourages all managers to change their minds, and break through bottlenecks, with the purpose of Houng Fuh being industry leader.
