Gathering at Houng Fuh for digital and intelligent potential. On May 10,2023, Houng Fuh grandly held the 2023 plant open day activity at Hechuan plant, a large manufacturing base of Houng Fuh Group located at Chuzhou.Many customers and media friends attended the activity and witness Houng Fuh’s high-end manufacturing ability closely and also the changes and development in these few years.
Mr. Liu chenghan, Chairman of Houng Fuh Group, said during the opening speech that the demand for intelligent manufacturing in the future will become much stronger. Technology and products are the core for the development of logistics equipment enterprises. Facing the fierce market competition, Houng Fuh is confident to overcome technical challenges and always provide high-quality products for customers. Besides, Houng Fuh sticks to co-development strategies home and abroad. Based on the Chinese market and exploring overseas market as well, Houng Fuh strives to become a well-known international automatic equipment enterprise. At last, Mr. Liu expressed his grateful and welcome to all visitors. He also said that Houng Fuh is a highly inclusive enterprise that will communicate and exchange ideas with everyone in an open manner.
Then Larry Liu, president of Houng Fuh Group, introduced Houng Fuh’s new plant to visitors. He first shared the general information about the new plant in detail. The new Huchuan plant was put into use in 2020. Its coverage reaches 177,000 m2 （nearly 300 acres）. It is equipped with modern facilities. It is also an intelligent factory covering all production process.Larry Liu indicated that the Hechuan plant, as a key manufacturing base built by the group,is an important manifestation of Houng Fuh's development in intelligence and scale. It is also a key support to expand the domestic market. In the future, it will cooperate with Malaysia's Ho Lao factory to achieve comprehensive intelligent operations.
Wei Shiyuan, general manager of Business Sector 3 of Houng Fuh Group delivered an theme speech “Houng Fuh sorting solutions enable to upgrade logistics equipment”. Mr. Wei said that Houng Fuh has carried out deep research in sorting conveying field. With years of development, its sorting system has integrated into a complete product series. Houng Fuh’s sorting products have been used in lots of cases, serve different industries and various customers. Then Mr. Wei shared g different kinds of sorting equipment application in various industries. He also gave a brief introduction about sorting mode of Houng Fuh. “In the future, the Houng Fuh’s sorting solution will be more flexible and diversified, meet customers’ requirements and enable upgrading of logistics equipment.” He concluded.
Afterward, it came to the exciting new product release section.Lv Zhengxuan, Manager of R&D department of Houng Fuh shared the R&D background of 10,000 pieces/hour parcel singulator system and introduced the parameters and advantages of the new products in detail. He explained that singulator system is the equipment used at parcel feeding part and the separation efficiency affects the overall production efficiency. Houng Fuh’s parcel singulator system adopts high-accuracy 3D camera and deep learning technology, which realize accurate identification and location of parcels, and controls the operation of belt module to realize separation of parcel one by one.The self-developed scheduling algorithms achieve high-efficient separation of over 10,000 pieces per hour. Mr. Lv also said that the sorting efficiency has exceeded 10,000 pieces per hour, meanwhile, there is no matching singulator system in the market. Houng Fuh’s new products is to fill the blank and meet the high-end requirements in the logistics and express industry.
Houng Fuh was also honored invite Xu Chengjun, Director of the Innovation Center of the Academia Sinica and Fudan Microelectronics, to give a speech. The speech theme was “Faster and Better”. Mr. Xu explained the opportunity for cooperation between Houng Fuh and Fudan Microelectronics.He described the market potential of the 10,000 pieces/hour parcel singulator as positive. He said the two sides will further cooperation and achieve win-win situation.
Houng Fuh upgrading mascot -- Dr.H also made its debut on the open day.The upgraded version was from the original Dr.H. It is a cute,hard-working bee that grasps the automation technology.
In the afternoon, president Mr. Larry Liu and relevant people in charge accompanied guests to visit Houng Fuh and new plant Hechuan as well as the new products.They talked about how Houng Fuh to control product quality to provide excellent products to customers. During the tour, Houng Fuh’s modern plants, standard operation and intelligent products won customers praises.Houng Fuh will continue to improve its management capabilities, create orderly, scientific and modern plants and enhance its manufacturing capacity.
